    Hey guys,

Anyone have a working all-grain recipe for a traditional bock?

    Thanks!

It looks like a pretty standard German Lager recipe with a half pound of chocolate, Special B, OR Carafa. Hallertau to bitter to the mid 20s.

I'm not a 'style nazi' (quite the opposite, actually) but if you want to be truly authentic it would be 100% Munich malt and any 'noble' hop variety.
Of course, if you use a pale base malt you'd then need to resort to adding some roasted and caramel malts.

But really, it doesn't need to be complicated at all. The best beers quite often are the simplest ones ingredient-wise.
