    • Brass Spigot Connect to Angram vs Plastic
    • Natural Carbonation within the pin [Cask Unit @ 4.5 Imp Gal]

    Excellent news. Outside of Project Barley Square I can never seem to find cask ales. Sounds like this isn't real ale though.

    This is real/live ale: they are restarting fermentation within the unit [pin] per ‘natural carbonation’

    …would not have created this thread, if it was an artificial [forced carbonated] keg

    Have you been to Barley & Sword Brewing?

    Thanks for clearing that up. I have not visited Barley and Sword but they are now on the list for the next North Park area visit.

    PP in Vista is the closest brewery to our home, maybe 2 miles away. I will have to try one of these cask ales. I don't go often because their pricing is by far the highest in town.
