I am brewing my first Belgian ale soon and am trying to pin down the right yeast. I know that many of the main trappist and other great Belgian brewers have had their yeast propagated by the commercial sellers, and that many of these are known in the industry (what commercial strain traces back to which brewery).

Can anyone pin down some of these for me in terms of White Labs or Wyeast products? I've tried some searching on the net and seem to be getting varried responses on which yeast belongs to which brewery. I'm especially interested in which is the Duvel strain.

    Thanks!
