I'm kinda bummed I skipped on seeing Earth at the Middle East Upstairs about 5 or 6 years ago. I'm not their biggest fan, but it's just one of those "I would have liked to check them off the list" shows.

I love Earth but prefer their later less metal-y work, like the Bees Made Honey blah blah blah.

And while I like Sleep I much prefer OM.

The biggest problem with Sunn 0))) is that they weren't Burning Witch. But I'll leave it there since this thread has been too doom and gloom for a while.

I looooooove Earth. Great band. I'll also need to check out OM it seems.

Thanks for that diversion everyone! Onward.

I loved Little Nugget as a snowy morning treat. Anyone else?

All Julius variants available at once is quite a spectacle.

Would never know it casually glancing at the site. What a mess. A beautiful mess, granted, but damn they really need to change the display format.

It’s funny that they still don’t post about beers like KJJJ. The silent release is still alive.

Yeah, when they released very gggreennn, it was available, I believe, as a 4 pack, and then two singles. I can’t remember if they started with 2 4 packs.

most of their “whales” are very much limited to a certain amount when purchasing. One reason why it’s nice to live so close, one order a day. No limit per week.

Had a 4pk of Space & Time, really like the stuff, but it should be noted that this batch is an 8.8% abv, not 11% as listed on the beer description page.

Looks like it was 8.8% when initially released in 2013. Going back to the old recipe?

Haven’t been to TH in a few months and might be in the area this weekend, are people liking the different Juice Project iterations? Haven’t tried any and wondering how different the hop combos are.

Also - any other 4pks or Stouts that are worth trying? I’ve had a good amount of the usual stuff, always end up going with the core mix pack because it’s reliable.

Both Juice Projects I had blew me away. So crushable. Juicy, but not overly sweet. I've had the OG and Citra/Galaxy. Wasn't a huge difference that I could detect, in those at least. One of my favorites recently. I went today and picked up 3 4pks, and added the $5 tip to hit the $65 minimum. I've never had King JJJuliusss and had to take a trip. Tuesday's are great. Usually a couple new offerings and short lines. Rolled in at 11:05, out by 11:20.

I thought Beginner's Mind was fantastic. More bitterness than in some of their IPAs, but still that amazing fruity pop. My TH top three all time are Very Hazy, Very Green, and Beginner's Mind, in that order.

Nomad is also very much worth a try if you enjoy lagers even a little bit.
