In the middle of a "late" dry January myself because I went to florida in January and wanted to go to Angry Chair. My weight is down considerably.

Would anyone wager a guess how many more days King JJJJulius will last ?

Thanks, appreciate it. With the recent Very Ggggreen temptation, and now this, and all these great bottles, I’m feeling I can justify the trip all the time now. But for me, I live with a couple miles of one of the Trillium locations so that’s kinda my “home” brewery...not that I don’t love TH... but as for King Jjjjj - would love to try that one, but know it will be released again, but to your point - the question is when, and anticipation is kinda fun too so I’ll play the waiting game for now and just regret that I missed getting some of the one-off Curiosities...cheers man!

100% - i cut off all beer for a month and then doubled down with 31 days of Keto just to make my pants fit comfortably again. Doesn't help that i work from home in a pair of athletic shorts now, and you don't even realize how much weight you've put on from boozing.

Looking at Nate im not sure how much of his own product he could possibly consume. People should do whatever the hell they want, but it almost seems to me that between the 16oz format, the constant special releases, the encouragement to buy a case or more, they're setting people up to drink an unhealthy amount of this stuff. This is coming from experience....

I don't think you can put the blame of people drinking too much on Tree House because their purchase minimums are high... At some point people need to be responsible for themselves.

It's been nice seeing some of the core beers in 12 ounce packages lately for this reason. I hope they keep doing that.

I don't see any issue with the case limit - find someone to split with - it's not that difficult.

It's $65, not a case. If they listed this information it wouldn't be so difficult for people to understand.

Agree 100% They should sell as much as they can. I guess im just wondering how people seem to buy case after case of this stuff and feel good.

May not all be for their own consumption...split with friends as mentioned above, for trading, for selling.

They may not drink it as quickly as some assume.

First time back at treehouse today in over a year after traveling to get my vaccine, I wanted to treat myself on the way home. I haven’t been on the forum here in months but I’m sure glad I checked here before I entered my order

Bottom line: for a company who controls their image/brand/products/etc as much a TH does, the fact that the site still says “case limit” while accepting orders of vastly less beer - its absolutely absurd and insulting

I’m psyched to get some fresh beer that I haven’t had in over a year and happy to have not had to order a case (only wanted a couple 4 packs and a stout) but I can’t help but feel the brewery is actively letting this language stay on the site which is deceptive at best

I’m also typing this in a hour long car line which is so Treehouse-on-point I feel like I never left

Covid presented me with a great opportunity to get back on tha bulk since I wasn't doing anything else. Put on 30 lbs from April to July and set a bunch of new PRs. Have been maintaining since, although probably getting a little on the fat side lmao. It's winter, though, when bulking is a valid excuse.

Couldn't have done it without my good friend the NEIPA. Only downside is I blew out the crotch in two pairs of jeans.

It's almost like someone should email them to point out the discrepancy. Oh wait... I did and they don't care.

probably a hot take but if your beer consumption is causing excessive weight gain, you don't have a weight problem, you have a drinking problem.

Not judging, I've been there, but going through a case of 7-9% pints in a couple weeks or less is... not good for you. I've cut way way back.

And I pretty much focus on <6% beer at this point, and really <5% preferred. NEIPAs and robust stouts are a rare treat for me at this point.

For sure, thats what I was saying. The way they market it and sell it makes it seems like polishing off a case of Haze a week is a perfectly reasonable thing to do (again, do you). In terms of the weight gain vs. drinking problem question, I never really drank during the week, but found that 3 or even 2 double ipas on Friday, Saturday and Sunday was enough to make me feel crappy. Maybe im just getting old..

I’m assuming the case / 65$ limit will change when they open the other two retail locations.
