So no more curbside pickup? I have to go in to get my order?

yeah i read the faqs. doesnt specifically say inside pickup but i guess that since it doesnt specifically say curbside "STAY IN YOUR CAR" then i must have to go inside. didnt see this page though.

    the curbside pickup was great.

Maybe they'll have a separate location for curbside in the future, but right now with the amount of cars and people in the parking lot, it's not possible

Plus if you don't have to walk inside, you don't get to see the massive koi in the pond, and you don't get the 10-feet-from-the-door wave of hops smell that makes everything better.

And Juli-ish, a 5.2% ABV version of Julius. This will go quickly.

So what did you get? And how was the pick up? I feel like we deserve to know after all the back and forth!

yeah totally makes sense. but i got there at about 12:30 yesterday and i was shocked to find basically 0 line for can pickup. i had budgeted 60 mins for waiting in line so i had myself a draft of haze peach also. so i'm not complaining! haha

Haha, it was really easy once I decided to go while I’m here instead of on the way on Wednesday. Had a pretty big window and got a 12:15 time slot. KJ, Saturation, the oak pils and helles, the vanilla Porter, brown ale with coffee and JM nelson/citra. Couldn’t have been easier and the guy who met me in the parking lot was really nice.

So before I mentioned how bad the 12oz cans if Haze I bought were (canned 5/26). I’m drinking the final one now and it smells, looks, and tastes way way way better than the other 5. So weird

Weird take. While “worst” is relative when talking about Treehouse, I disagree. Eureka is killer - name me a better hoppy ale at ~4% that isn’t HF Walden.

They made their first lager in 2015, at the latest, and they were stellar back then, albeit smaller batches. The cask Keller at their 3rd (maybe 4th?) Anniversary party was arguably the beer of the day.

Recently, I’ve found their lagers to be pretty good - wouldn’t call it “high level” though, like a Notch. Free to Roam is stellar, the others that I’ve had, pretty good overall. As a whole, I think their pale ales are better than their lagers.

Sandwich pick-up was a breeze - amazing staff, spot is awesome (I easily see how the traffic situation can/will become a mess). Really enjoyed Free to Roam; consider Very Green a goat beer, this batch seems solid

    Weird take, therefor, I disagree.

Now you've done it. We're stuck in a loop!

Actually always have been a bit disappointed with Walden. It's great but Eureka is better imo. Now Works of Love Earl Grey before they used lactose in it? Greatest hoppy blonde of all time.

Agree on this. Feel like lactose came when they started canning? Still good, but not the same.
