Anyone crack MoT yet? Prob gonna be a couple weeks until I do. Def want to drink it fresh, though. I haven’t had good experiences aging maple stouts. The maple turns into a generic sweetness

I decided to try my second can of bigger peach tonight, after having a few beers prior, my tastes were more open to the peach load. I get why these beers are enjoyed so much

I'm hesitant on fruit addition to beers as it seems "gimmicky", but I decided to pick up the 2-pack of Blender King for my sister. I've heard really good things about it, so I'm going to keep one of the cans and try it out. I'm sure it'll be better than I'm expecting

Mixed reviews on Untappd so far (take that for what you will)... some saying there's an oddly tart note or a random cherry taste... I'm heading up tomorrow for my annual birthday trip. Will probably snag a bottle because I'm a sucker for hype.

I typically think they can be super fun if done right. I also picked up Blender King and I have decent expectations because I did actually enjoy regular Blender.

Looks like they’re on a mango kick anyways with the addition of Mangoes and Cream. Excited to try that as well

Yeah bigger peach definitely changed my mind in regards to ipas and adjuncts. I don’t think I’ll revisit anytime soon, but I’m glad I came around and thoroughly enjoyed one.

I haven’t tried moment of truth, but I imagine it has an edge on persist to begin, which I love. Fingers crossed.

    Answering me own Q:

Scanned the QR and it came back,

    “Hello, W Mass”

    Cool.

BTW, Tip: If you only want ONE pour,
buy the two online and tell ‘em one when
you get there, they’ll refund your money.

See, I was in Deerfiled a week or so back
and it was too early for two beers.

    Now I know.

    Nice new digs!

Wow VB Tree if Life is very interesting. I like it, but it’s definitely something you sip for a couple hours

I’d love to know the caffeine content on their cold brew. I’m 1/4 through a can of Monochrome and it’s sending me into orbit.

i guess if they barely give us the ABV on any new beers, we can’t expect the caffeine amount, right?

Overall, I think Moment of Truth is a well made Ba maple stout. It’s fairly thick, with bourbon / char / heat mixed well, with the sweetness from the malt and maple. Plan is to pick up a second tomorrow

When I drink cold brew I always pour it over a full cup of ice because I feel like almost every one I've tried needs to be diluted a bit. Starbucks Nitro is great as is though.

Side note: If you're ever in Providence, Nitro Cart has my favorite cold brew by far.

Yoooo. Tree of Life Coffee is amazing. Big time vanilla maple and molasses. Coffee backbone. Mouthfeel is nice and slick and booze is really undetectable. Best non-IPA TH I’ve ever had.

Lol you look like you’re shitting yourself. Or, at the very least, suppressing the feeling.

I only got 1 can which I’m definitely regretting.

Was supposed to trade a ToL vanilla for a coffee. This makes me more excited since I was hesitant at first!

Anyone have any insight or info about the concerts at the Deerfield location?

    I’m heading there late March.

What is a good location (city) for a hotel not too far from that area?

Northampton MA is a pretty cool "city" right down the road from Deerfield.
