I was there this past Tuesday to pick up cans and to grab a drink. The place is like heaven to me. No lines anywhere, friendly staff, got to grab a drink, relax in one of the Adirondack chairs and enjoy the view.

Always feels like Disneyworld (when we were kids) to me whenever I am there!

Gotta check out the Deerfield location. Place looks like an airport in the best way possible.

I've been a few times. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays you get honest-to-goodness actual glassware. The other days, it's plastic cups. I hate drinking good beer out of a plastic cup.

Their next location is going to be an airport, isn't it? Nate's gonna start flying prop jets, isn't he?

I’m about halfway through dddoubleganerrr, leaning towards Doubleganger being better.

I believe TH just bought the state house and 1/3 of Beacon Hill, pours of Julius under the gold dome coming soon.

Is it just me or is alter ego a rare sighting these days. Also seems like they’ve abandoned the doppelgänger for the doubleganger??

Doubleganger is rarer than Alter Ego these days. As infrequent as Lights On and Lights Out, which were seemingly weekly/biweekly releases a few years ago

Doppelgänger is probably the least brewed of the bunch. Doubleganger didn’t have a limit until more recently, which I though was interesting. It’s a really great beer.

Same thing with Treat. I really enjoy that beer, but they rarely brew it. Even super treat isn’t brewed as often as it used to be.

Some random questions for the crowd:

    1. haze vs. very green? Which do you prefer?

    2. Your favorite treehouse pale ale?

    3. is there a stout in the 4-pack can range that rivals moment of clarity?

    4. favorite treehouse pale lager?

I love peanut butter, but I’ve been in the fence about it in a beer. Come to think of it.. I don’t know why. Gonna grab this next month if it’s there when I go.

    also +1 for seaside pils

Some of the lager variants should be named in a more recognizable way. If it weren’t for the same label in different hues I wouldn’t know that whisper, brisk, and solitude are a riff on the same beer.

So one is the oak version, one is the regular (maybe with extended lagering time), and one is tettanger dry hopped version.

wouldn’t it just be easier to call them all solitude and just have: solitude, oak solitude, and tettanger dry hopped solitude

    1. VG - which is my second favorite TH IPA (favorite is Super Sap)

    2. East Hill

    3. Not for my money

    4. Free to Roam (this is Wanderer, their already excellent helles, with extra conditioning on oak)

I legit wish I had a four pack of Moment of Clarity in my fridge at all times. I get it every time it's available.

Also - VG 90/100x is better than Haze.

Favorite pale is Lights On; honorable mention to Juli-ish, which is very very good.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, TH's pales are my favorite beers from them. Light's On/Out, East Hill, Juli'sh... yes please. But that's probably just because of my preference for lighter beers in general and not murky haze bombs.

    3. is there a stout in the 4-pack can range that rivals moment of clarity? I love MoC but if I had to pick probably either All That is and All That Ever Will Be or HOTS although I am probably forgetting another I love as well
