How has the can line been at late afternoon on Saturdays? I haven't gone up on a weekend in years

It never really is much. It’s comes and goes through the day but you’re buying your beer ahead of time. It’s basically a non issue now

    Hello All,

I will be making the trip to Tree House next month. I haven't been since 2018 and it looks like a lot has changed. Can someone explain the draft pour process to me? I know tickets are bought online. And then am I emailed some sort of QR code or something? I remember the last time I was at the Charlton location it was a shitshow on a Saturday, waiting up to 25-30 minutes for a pour. I will be visiting the Charlton and Sandwich location. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

Charlton: can purchase draft tix on your phone or at a kiosk while there, order number is your drink ticket. Drink waits often <5 min

Sandwich: must purchase draft tix online morning of going to reserve your spot(s)

The only brewer/owner who has even put in this much camera time for a positive experience/knowledge is Jim Koch. Think those old videos explaining tons of his beers as well as ads and tv spots. Jim had a whole video series of him home brewing and the steps. I know it’s not obvious. But I do see very similar passion and creativity.

I can’t help but say I enjoy it and give him credit for the work.

John Kimmich at Alchemist used to post tons of videos when beers were released. I don't think it's been a thing for a little while, though.

Also, the House Latte is so good. But $18 for a 4-pack is a little crazy

Going to the Aimee Mann show tomorrow at Deerfield. Wondering if anybody has seen a show at Treehouse and has any recommendations or thoughts good/bad? If this has already been covered apologize.

I'm stoked to see that they're now pouring 2 new Pale Ale's in Woodstock - I look forward to going there soon since they're all of 15 min away from me.

John is definitely not doing videos as consistently as before but he did do a video for Skadoosh about a month ago. I don't know if they have as much going on as Tree House does.

He did one a few weeks ago with their new dry-hopped light lager, Shut the Hell Up. And he does one monthly with Skadoosh, as noted above.

I went to their farm on 7/15 after visiting Charlton earlier in the day; only about a 20ish minute drive south. Incredible experience. The scenario is outstanding. The pale ales they were pouring were both great. Very cool way to spend an afternoon. I'm assuming it'll get crowded the more they are open but there may have been only 20 other people there.

$18 was too much for me to swallow last time I was there but overall I'm a big fan of their cold brews and love what they're doing with them (sometimes just as excited about picking some up as I am the beer)

Yes, they’ve been much more infrequent and the same spot just beer reviews get a little stale. But, still, he makes damn good beer. Years back his were more entertaining

I'm afraid I've become a House Latte convert as well. At 4.50/can, it's still about a buck less/drink than the starbucks equivalent.

How is this batch of In perpetuity? Used to be my favorite TH beer and is hanging around longer than I anticipated. Might be time for a run

I hadn’t thought of that. I make my coffee every day so it’s still expensive to me. And by make, I mean I use my Keurig
