Tomorrow is National IPA day... Pretty good taplists at all the Plan B locations as well.

With 18 cans pp (20 if you're one of the first 80 or so), probably 230. It's getting earlier and earlier lately, though.

It's probably going to get worse as word travels farther. Hopefully it does not get to Alchemist levels where the traffic is just impossible to take.

There's no need to get there early for cans. They'll last the night and if you show up anytime after 6 you can walk in and out with cans. Unless you're getting fills....

    Green is in the tanks.....

Hell, I live 20 minutes away and I get really sad when I wanna make a run cause I know it's a 2+ hour investment. But I do it every time, the beer is that damn good. I'm tempted to do just cans, but I love fresh growler beer too much.

Does this mean the can situation next week could be slim? I'm planning on going next Thursday solely for cans for MagnaBall.

This. If you want growler fills on a Thursday, show up before 3pm. Saturdays are easier - 9:30 arrival (for 11am open) will get you in the first batch of growler fills, and you'll be in and out with cans and growlers in 15 minutes. Or, on Saturdays you can usually arrive anytime after 3pm and there is nearly no wait for growler fills, and zero wait for cans... assuming there are any left.

    Nice can lineup for tomorrow!

Would love to find someone from NJ who runs up there occasionally. Have a few growlers and would love to get more of their beers.

No, I think you're seeing the effects of a production increase.

I've said it countless times that the best time to go for cans is Friday at ~7. I've been in and out of there so quickly the past few times that I wished I'd taken my time a bit more and soaked in the awesome scene.

Historically Thursday's are busier and Friday's are mellower. You'll have a shorter growler wait time on Friday vs Thursday - but the can line is chill an hour after opening - you'll be in and out.

This has been very helpful. I'm going Saturday morning 8/22. How long does each batch of cans usually last? Will some of what's available now still be available or do u think it will be an entirely different lineup. I'm hoping green will be on for my trip.

It will be a completely different line up, changes every week.

Cans last usually 2 days, and they try to set the pp limit so they sell out of everything for the week by the end of the day Saturday. Over the last few months the pattern has been two new batches into cans/taps before opening on Thursdays, and sometimes a new batch for Saturday at opening. You'll be able to get some cans, but if there isn't a Saturday release, you're probably looking at a 4pp or MAYBE 6pp limit of whatever is left over from Thursday/Friday.

Still says more to come! On the website do you think that they forgot to take this down after they added haze?
