Tree House Brewing Co. (October 2015)

Holy cans. It's getting to that point where I might stop getting my full allocation, but obviously that is a good problem to have.

 

My wife and I may go tonight and we probably won't get our full allocation.

We'll definitely max out on Green, though.

 

Wish I had time to hit up TH before going to Beervana.......a prime example of first-world problems.

 

My wife and I did the same last night, came home with 12 Green and 4 Lights On. In and out super quick and with a super friendly staff! Unfortunately my wife likes Green as much as I do!

 

It would seem that a ramp-up in production is essential if what is detailed regarding TH in post #258 (see below) is on the horizon

I am certain that production will continue to increase, but I am astounded by the quantity being produced at this point. Around 6 months ago, you were lucky to get 4 Julius cans in a week. Now we have people choosing not to take the full allotments, and being able to make that decision 3-4 days a week.

 

I imagine the next logical step is TH sending out more kegs to local bars

 

I guess I don't really follow ... all it says is "we're currently working with Tree House in Monson"

 

Given that Austin is an architectural design firm involved in some impressive projects, I can only surmise that the gang at TH has bigger things in mind than remaining in the metal structure they are currently operating out of. After all and to me anyway, it doesn't really seem to make sense that they would be consulting with them regarding improvements to a metal structure?

 

They've mentioned a brew pub in the past, and obviously a tree house behind the koi pond. Would be awesome to make the brewery even more of a destination for people to visit and hang out at.

 

The day they get a license to sell and consume beer on site and build a beer garden out in their lawn is the day I never leave.

 

They have said they dream of a pizza pub. Then nobody will leave.

 

That's it! I'm telling the wife tonight the house is going on the market and we're moving back to Mass. But, rather than back to the North Shore where the family is... in or around Monson. Might be safer that way, anyway. OR... perhaps the TH gang would consider a TH South?? Then we can get in on the Airbnb thing for those want want to come down South and warm-up during the winter.

 

Showed up around 7:30pm tonight after dinner at the Abbey in Worcester. In and out with cans and a couple of growlers in less than 10 minutes. Super mellow.

Wish it was like this all the time.

 

Any chance Ma cans see Wednesday? Love hoppy ambers and Tree House's take will probably set a new a new bar...

 

Stopped by around 7:45PM for some cans. It looked like there was still plenty of everything to go around...
