Tree House Brewing Co. (September 2015)

I feel like (hope) they're due for another "500-case" drop of something.

 

This "all sorts of stuff to come" note is making me very excited that I have this Thursday off.

 

Gonna be able to stop by on Thursday the 17th (1st and likely only time lol), hope there are still all sorts of stuff then!

 

They are very good about having at least a couple offerings available. Based on their website, you'll probably have some combination of Pier, Congress, and Melcher, among others. If you can get growlers, you may have even more options.

Haha, whoops, thats what I get for looking at both Trillium and Tree House threads simultaneously. Although it would be awesome to see Congress & Melcher sold in the same location as Julius and Haze...

 

Should be a good week! You'll be able to score some Double Shot which is absolutely tremendous. Chances are you'll see Julius too. Anything else is icing on the cake!

 

It cool I was doing the same thing....at first I just assumed i was looking at the Trillium thread.....

I do not think it is anywhere near a sure thing that either of these beers will be available on that particular date, several weeks from now. Rysk is right that anything you get from your TH visit will be great, but his confidence in the availability of particular beers is overstated.

 

Yeah, can only assume that he didn't catch that the visit would be 9/17 and not this week. Double Shot will likely kick by then, but who knows.

 

Yea no worries I figure something great will be there....

 

You can probably assume double shot will last but who knows. Last time they brewed it i believe it lasted around 3 weeks. But who knows how big this batch is compared to the last. It will probably last awhile, the majority of customers probably only get 1 750 of double shot and load up on hops and that is why it lasts. Plus it doesn't have the hype like good morning.

Best news about this 5k is a pint of TH at TH. Even if it is just a temporary license it is the second time this year the town has allowed them to pour for on site consumption. That can only mean good things for the future

 

I can't tell you how many times I've read various Tree House threads — and thoroughly browsed their website. Until this post, I had no idea you could not drink beers at the brewery. That's insane to me. Their website is rather cryptic regarding that huge shortcoming.
