    New monthly Tree House thread.

Always check out the following link to see what is available for sale, starting on Wednesday. Cans and Tree House growlers are sold and filled at the brewery only. Must be Tree House growlers per MA law. There are bottle releases randomly (i.e. Double Shot bottles) but bottles are infrequent.

Yes, limits are enforced and subject to change at the brewery's discretion. Only one time through the line, per day, and absolutely no drinking in the line. Also, don't speed through the neighborhood and don't park on the neighbor's property for any reason. They have parking lots where you are suppose to park.

CURRENT REGULAR HOURS: Wednesday from 12-6 PM for Can Sales Only. Growlers & Can sales Thurs. & Fri 5-8 PM & Saturday Growlers & Can sales from 11 AM - 6 PM.

I was stunned to arrive at 6 and the can line was maybe 15 deep. My GF said, "Where is everyone?" My thoughts exactly. With the weather and the Doppel release, in and out in 5 mins was jarring to say the least. Jarring in the best way possible of course! haha

I am not sure how people still do not understand that when you show up later in the night the wait is minimal. It is either show up two hours early or walk in between 6-7 and leave 10 min later.

I know all about "later is better." I'm the king of showing up later. I was only surprised because of the Doppel release.

I guess the risk is lowered can limits or selling out. I would have easily replaced my stay in line a couple weeks ago in the rain and sleet with a 15 minute in/out but I would have missed out on Green.

I was in that line too. Keeping an umbrella in my truck from now on.

Arrived at 7:20 Thursday night. No can line, but Haze had just sold out, so only 6 cans (3 Julius, 3 Doppleganger). Put in a growler slip, was 42 numbers away. That took only 20 minutes. Pretty good overall for a Thursday night, all things considered.

I don't think TWSS will fly out the door as fast as most beers. Check what's left after tonight, and then figure out from there. I'd guess it'll be around for at least a few hours tomorrow.

Looks like that is the case as they upped the limit to 10pp

I have a TWSS from September. I was an idiot and it got lost in the fridge, random drunken moment. We think it will still be good?

A six month old beer refrigerated the entire time will be more then fine. That is like a two month old beer sitting on a shelf...

So a year old beer is just like a 4 month old beer at a store? Are we just fabricating stats based on it being a TH beer now?

Monkeyracecarscrewdiver...I can just say things too.

Drink it. Check back in and let us know the real deal. Call it a learning moment and inform instead of asking the masses who will just make shit up.

Had a September TWSS last month and it held up fine.

For fun AND SCIENCE, I can crack the one I didn't refrigerate from January and compare it to my last September can some time this week.

I just wasn't sure in regards to the longevity of milk stouts - didn't think you were supposed to let them sit, especially for almost 7 months now. I guess I've never researched it but always wondered whether they will go bad because they contain lactose.
