The only thing that will cut down on the lines, lack of parking, police visits, upset neighbors, etc., would be for Treehouse to be open more days of the week. They need to spread out this demand. I'm sure they're working on it.

last week Nate posted a job offering for a retail sales person and it included Wednesday hours. Theyre working on it. I trust it will all get better. I'm also glad the new building looks like it can support an even bigger brewery

How are things looking today so far? Might come out around 2ish. Wife is meeting her brother in Amherst, might have her drop me off so I can load up.

I was in and out with six sap and six green in 5 minutes. Growlers appear to be 1-2 hours, but not 100% sure.

First visit to the new brewery today. As others have said, the growler line was around 1-2 hours as of noon but I was able to breeze in and out with 6 cans each of Sap and Green. Managed to easily grab a quick sample of double shot too which was so good it almost made me reconsider waiting in the growler line after all.

I just wanted to chime in and say how amazingly laid back, friendly, and helpful everyone still is even in the much bigger space. I haven't had negative experiences at other breweries, but Treehouse stands out a bit to me as a place where it feels like they're as happy and excited for you to be there as you are.

Once you guys have the brewery smoothly running at full capacity, you should branch out into offering customer service seminars

Can 2L growlers be exchanged for 750s? Organizing this weekend I found out that at some point I got a second set of 3 2L growlers, 6 of them is a bit much.

No. They can't resell used growlers

heh, I feel your pain. between unplanned visits, taking my wife as a mule or finding I could go through the line a second time when something like Good Morning was on, I'm up to 5 2l and 9 750s. Then I also have about 8-10 other 2l bottles from other breweries.

I'm surprised by this, I know that Trillium lets you exchange growler sizes.

if TH was in CT and wanted to reuse bottles, they'd need to invest in a special foodservice grade dishwasher that heats/sterilizes to a much higher temp. (very expensive) I doubt TH wants to get into the bottlewashing business. (I can't see any reason why they would) They have enough on their plate as it is.
