1. @TreeHouseBrewCo Do you anticipate normal canning runs the week prior to your anniversary party (June 15-18)?

Ha. Thanks. That is the reason I asked, I was surprised for them to say that they aren't sure yet. So I was wondering if anyone recalls what it was like last year the week before (not week of) the anniversary party.

Edit: Looked at the thread from June 2015, seems that they had Haze and Eureka cans the week before as well as a few growler only options. And the week of they had Julius cans as well as a few growler only options.

 

Assuming Julius will replace Doppleganger for Growlers?

I'll be visiting after Graduation on Saturday. Should get there around an hour after opening. Really hoping the can allotment is halfway decent.

 

The state of hype where we are now isn't even close to where it was last year around the anniversary. If they have a leftover draft list like they had last year the line will be all the way to BT's.

 

I don't doubt that at all. We specifically chose the weekend of 6/15 to 6/19 to avoid Memorial Day crowds and to avoid going the week of or the week after the anniversary party.

I wish they had chosen that over Alter Ego as the new TH staple. So close! Although, I mean I guess you can't compete with the awesome and fitting name that is Alter Ego. Definitely a better choice for the brand.

 

Glad I'm going tomorrow. Rain today should keep cans in good shape for tomorrow and I can't wait to find out what's in the growler only mystery box.

 

The line was short tonight when I was there. Hopefully that means good things for whoever goes tomorrow.

 

12 cans Wednesday, 13 cans Thursday, and 20 cans Friday. Would have been a perfect week for multiple trips to Tree House.

 

Question; if I want to replace my 64oz glass w/ 750ml glass, do they do it? Or once I buy, I keep?

 

I believe that once buy it you own it they do not do any type of exchange program .

 

You own it, however, I had a 750 with a slight crack that they noticed. They replaced it for free ('recycled')...cool move.

 

So no more canning runs this week? The website sorta kinda hinted at that by saying "more cans on Thursday and Friday". I mean, they're not wrong... but

 

I think by dropping 2 Thursday that was their Thurs/Fri combined into 1 day. But with a 20 can limit I don't think there's much to complain about.

 

No complaints, but after the 4 double batches (500 cases) last week, if you do the math, we have 3 double batches and 1 single batch this week... a guy can dream about that potential remaining single batch!

 

They posted on Twitter that they're done canning

 

Most of the staff is going to the Craft Beer Conference in Philadelphia this weekend. That's why no run today and presumably why the limits are high today so that the remaining staff has a light day tomorrow.
