What happened to Double Shot? That used to be on very regularly even during the summer and I don't think it has been on for growlers since June. You'd think a couple weeks into fall that they would be breaking out some stouts by now.

You should certainly be fine for cans at 4pm as doppelgänger should last for approximately 630 allotments.

How much is a BBL? About 120 liters right? Which means with 2.5 bbl of Julius left (or 300 liters) at 2L per person that should last for 150 people or so. Could be close at 4 given such a great haul today. Even if it kicks you'll still get more than the typical amount of beer!

Its actually about 1200 allotments for doppel (210 cases at 1/6 case per person) and about 1400 for haze (475 cases at 1/3 case each)....what a night too bad I can't make it.

I was just thinking that. They said they would never announce GM before hand

Wednesday is the only day they open at noon. Thursdays are 5-8 for cans and growlers. This is all in the first post of the thread.

Surprisingly mellow tonight. Got there at 6:45 and there was no line. Was able to put my glass right on the bar and grab my cans. Ez. Nobody cares about 8 Haze and 4 Doppelgänger all of a sudden? Sounds good to me!

Only Nate (or someone who cares enough to compile a ton of pre- and post-retail social media posts) has the numbers, but... the place is a destination. People make it a point to go there on their New England vacations, but those vacations are heavily concentrated between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Way, way busier than this time last year, but also much less busy most of the last month than this summer.

I can't believe that 450 cases of dopple made it two full days and into a third. Especially with haze of all things on the second.

I had a 7 hour round trip, but that first sip of Lights Out made it totally worth it. The barrel of Julius was kicked by the time I got there, though. :slight_frown: I'll be back for sure.

I'm putting a dent in my growler of Julius now. After 2 straight days of hauling cans of Doppelganger and Haze, I know why this brewery in on top of the game. Sadly, it'll be a while until I return, but I shall return damnit!!! Cheers!

Only get to visit treehouse a few times a year and hadn't had Haze in about 6 months, good god is it not the best DIPA I've had recently. And coming from NYC having a solid supply of other half/Grimm/NE style IPA makers etc which I love, but this fresh Haze is just unbelievably top notch. And doppelgänger is delicious as well

I love it. Hype is dying down a bit on the regular offerings.

I certainly hope so. I do feel as though Trillium's new brewery has made a little bit of a dent, too - it's never been the lines at the brewery that put me off of Tree House trips, but the 3+ hour round-trip drive along the Pike (geesh).

I love TH beers, and make the trip when I can, but it's harder and harder for me to justify dealing with that level of traffic when I can go to Canton in 20 minutes. Maybe I'm just getting old.
