what time do you think one would need to get to Tree House in order to nab 1-2 of these growlers? 5bbl isn't that much...

 

I would expect the limit to be one 750ml of David. This is pure conjecture though, based off of the Juice Machine / Double Shot release. Sadly, I cannot make it on Saturday.

5 bbl is 800x750 mLs which is 400 people at 2 per person. I can't imagine anywhere near that many people could show up on one day, right? At HF releases when 300 people would show up to HF it was like a full Wal-mart parking lot full of cars.

David is not going to last. This place is pretty pack.

 

Anyone there have an idea of how long the wait is? I've never been so I don't really know how their system works (sounds like a deli counter ticket system?). Debating if I want to make the drive or wait for a potentially less busy day. Thanks in advance!

Maybe 9:30? I got in line around 10:15 and there were 30 people in front of me. The line was pretty long by 10:30. I got out of there around 11:20.

 

I originally thought open was noon and was about to give up on beer. Not ridiculous for 11:00...but still.

They were going to open @ 11 but they decided to open 15 min early because the line was forming all the way into the street. Not a shit show but definitely a big wait. And there is no Sap available, it kicked yesterday.

That's some patience right there Mike. I've had it. One 750 down, the other saved for the family tomorrow.

IMHO, it's great. Huge trop fruit, melon nose. Juicy citrus flavor with a citrus and the finest bitter finish.

It was my first time at the new facility and I liked it. Really didnt anticipate the crowd, but shame on me for thinking more people would be up in VT. I got there at 10:25 and was out around 12-12:15, so not terrible.

There was a 20 min period or so where it felt like nothing was moving, but a group of a few guys and girls had like 15 growlers filled so that explained it.

Kind of bumbed they didnt have the teku there...was I dreaming or did I see a post from them with a new teku a few weeks ago?

I would have picked up a couple of those.
