I am really bad at computers so this is just a suggestion. I have no idea how to make this work but it would be a cool feature if you could see how beers are trending. Some beers may have had recipe changes that cause it to rate much better now than historically but you will always see the ratings based on the hundreds or possibly thousands of ratings before. Seeing as all ratings are dated maybe there could be a rating for the last year versus 5 years. Would anyone else be interested in this?

I like this idea. It would also show the effect that "hype" has on the ratings.

This would be an interesting thing. Maybe a little graph showing trends for last 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, 5 year?

This is a really cool idea! Cant imagine it would be easy to accomplish, but anything is possible right? It would show how hyped a beer is at release and also statics on how that beer would age. This would be excellent information to have.

I don't really think this is possible because of how the BA algorithm works. The formula takes into account # of ratings... everyone could rate a beer a 4.4 and the beer would start out at a 90 and work up to a 99 after 100 reviews.

Unless you tracked the individual ratings w/out using the overall BA Rating that uses the algorithm.

What about a filter for ratings from [date] to [/date] ? that seems possible!!
