I'm visiting the Tri-Cities soon for work. I will definitely need beer. Where should I go to get this beer?

If you want bottles/cans those to are the place to go. Also, albertson's on Clearwater (kenn) is pretty good. If you want to grab a pint and/or a growler I enjoy...

http://coppertoptaphouse.com/index.html (the view at night is pretty sweet)

    http://www.barleysbrewhub.com/ (pretty chill place)

If you want a growler or crowler...

There is other spots/breweries, but those are the ones I know best. Hope that helps.

    Seattle isn't that far.

As for indigenous beer, Ice Harbor and White Bluffs are the two places worth visiting by themselves, though I believe Shrub Steppe is within a short walk of White Bluffs. SS's beer is pretty middle of the road but it's a tasty food option for Barbecue.

Kimo's is pretty hit or miss. Atomic Ales is mostly a miss unless hanging out in what was once an A&W where Sharon Tate worked while in high school is something you can't pass up. Don't know shit about Paper Street, even if they're still in business. Perhaps you can be a pioneer there.

Cincinnati is ... okay. Don't expect to be sticking around here for too long, though -- looking forward to getting back to the Pacific Northwest .

Ended up checking out Mid-Columbia Spirits -- thanks for the warning on dates. Found a sweet 2015 vintage pFriem pils (plus some nice fresher stuff, too).

Only brewery I hit was Bombing Range, which I enjoyed. Got a kick-ass Hob Bomb glass to bring home to boot.

Cincinnati holds an annual parade for Opening Day. My Reds might suck right now but the Queen City still reveres baseball.

I missed this post originally. I spent a long weekend in the Tri-Cities for a baseball tournament for my oldest kid a couple of summers ago. The best beer selection I found far and away was at Brick House Pizza in West Richland. It's a bit of a drive out of town but well worth it.

Things have gotten better. There's a Growler Guys, there's Barley's Brewhub and Copper Top, a combined bar and growler fill place.

Bombing Range? I'm not familiar with them, unless you're referring to Ordinance Brewing that's down in Boardman, across the Columbia in Oregon.

Thanks for the link. I'll have to go check them out. I love the logo, I see a pint glass purchase in the future.

Looks like they're in the space vacated by White Bluffs.

I'm thinking so as well. More breweries need WW2 aircraft on their logos.

Bombing Range is out in the same business park as SS and White Bluffs. I plan to pay them a visit this afternoon.

Any update for places to hit for beer and dinner? Unfortunately, I will most likely be car-less while staying near the Three Rivers Convention Center, which I believe will relegate me to Uncle Sam's Saloon and sports bars, but I'm up for suggestions on the chance I can get a driver for the van my coworkers and I are taking out there.
