    im planning to brew this recipe
    Tomorrow And have a few questions regarding the hop schedule:
    A vision blurred
    5.5 gallons
    75% efficiency
    1.064 OG
    1.015 FG
    IBU = 68.64 (tinseth)
    SRM = 4.71
    ABV=6.5%

    10.0# 2-Row
    1.5 # white wheat
    12oz dextrine
    4 oz caramel 20L
    4 oz Acidulated malt

    0.25oz Columbus @ 60'
    0.75 Columbus @ 10'
    2oz Columbus hop stand @ 180° for 30'
    4oz Citra dry hop
    1oz Columbus dry hop
    Dry hop as krausen begins falling (day 4-5).
    Yeast-so4 at 68F
    Mash 150f 60 mins, target 5.40 room temp mash pH
    Water target 150ppm Cl and 100ppm sulfate

    I've never done a fermentation/biotransformation dry hop before. Will it be effective if I use a hop bag or stainless hop cylinder (like I usually do in the primary or keg)? Do I leave the biotransformation hops in until kegging ?

    I also enjoy keg hopping. If I were
    To DDH in the keg how much citra and Columbus should I use? Should I just split the fermentation and keg dry hops evenly between each (i.e. 2 oz citra and 0.5oz per addition)?

    Any other thoughts? Thanks!
