I'm a BA member from Minnesota who has an interest in trading some of our renowned local beers (e.g., Darkness, Todd the Axe Man, Furious, Day Tripper, etc.) for some Trillium IPAs and/or pale ales. I have no idea how available bottles of Trillium are in the NE, or what those bottles are priced. I'd like to propose a trade on the FT:ISO forum that is fair for everyone, and would appreciate any guidance from NE locals on what might be reasonable. Thanks in advance for any help.

Trillium is primarily available at the breweries but also getting increased distribution in the greater Boston area. It's pretty easy for somebody to walk into either brewery and pick up a selection.

The website (http://www.trilliumbrewing.com/) is kept up to date with available bottles and their price. Bottles sold at shops are probably a little bit more expensive and might have less variety/harder to obtain. It's probably easiest to find a trading partner who can go to the brewery.

For anything that doesn't sell out in a day, you're probably good going even on the dollar value.

Thanks. Do the bottles come in bomber size (22 oz) or some other size? What are the typical prices of the IPAs per bottle (a range is fine)? A 4-pack of Todd runs $16, and Darkness runs between $25-$30 (although that's a once a year beer that sells out in a couple of days). I'd like to propose trades where the dollars are similar.

The bottles are slightly bigger than 22 oz, they're 750mL.

Prices are on their website, typically for hoppy stuff pale ales are $8, IPAs are $10, and DIPAs/DDH are $12. Most of their other stuff is in that range as well with the exception of sours which when available are usually $15-$25.
