I've only got one bottle of Trinity Red Swingline and I can't decide whether I should let it sit in my cellar any longer. On the one hand it's dry-hopped and I may not want to let that go to waste (I guess it's a few months old now so maybe some of it has), but on the other I love to see a wild ale get a bit more... well, wild.

Can anybody who's had one fresh offer their thoughts?

You should trade it to me! :grinning:
