Easy swinger is all brett, and spends time on wood. I get that it should cost more. They lost me on the passio. Fruit one. Its all sacc as well, no brett or lacto.

I saw a 6'er of the Swingline series of beers at Superior on friday. It was on special (seriously, lol): $56. I guess they saw the pricing of Westleteren and figured their beers would look like a good deal by comparison. Is anyone really going to walk up to the register with a fricking 60 dollar six pack? I just can't see it.

Session Swing was a drainpour for me. Probably the biggest waste of $10 I've ever spent on beer. And I bought a Voodoo Maple Bacon Doughnut beer. I like regular Swingline but I think I'm done with Trinity.

Really a drainpour? It's a very muted version of Red Swingline but I can't see a drainpour. Also, where the hell did you pay $10 for Session?

Yeah really, it was terrible. Didn't taste anything like Swingline to me. Didn't get much hops or brett character like in regular Swingline. My threshold for drainpouring something is probably lower than others, life is too short (and Colorado too flush with good beer) to drink bad beer. And while it sounds kind of backwards, I think the price contributed to me not drinking it, paying that much per bottle it better be damn good. I was offended that they charged that much for that beer.

    I bought it at Argonaut

Session is totally clean - no bugs/bacteria and fermented in stainless - so you definitely wouldn't get any Brett. And that's more than double the price it was sold for when released. I would be pissed too.
