I'm in town for work at the convention center. I made it to the Bruery on a previous trip and am looking for some tips on other places. From what i see Bottle Logic and Noble are a must hit. Any other tips? Thanks!
also, will your DIPA be on tap next week? It looks like from the FB page that you're filling growlers this w/e until it's gone?
The Cut is amazing, we do trivia on monday around 7pm so it might be alittle busy. What time did you plan on stopping by? We should still have some for you!
I'm hoping to be there by 4-4:30. If you feel like leaving a 32 oz growler for me, id be very appreciative.
Bottle Logic and Noble Ale Works are good solid breweries, but nothing special, not a "must hit". Simply an opinion as everyone has one. There are good solid breweries across the country. But if you're in the area, check them out. Both are cool and inviting places to hang out for a couple beers. Other cool places that sometimes have some really great stuff, but always a fair amount of good taps are Hollingsheads(can be expensive, but whats a few bucks for a one off), Provisions(also expensive) and Haven in Orange or Native Son in Santa Ana. Also is Good Beer Company in Santa Ana, like the name says its good beer, nothing more, but is a really cool spot. Enjoy as there is a great beer culture out here!
Went to bottle logic last night. The cut was in edible. Beers were very good. I wasn't prepared for a auck temp drop and left my coat in my hotel. So I guess I have a souvenir sweatshirt.
I was mentally prepared for 75, evening cooled off and I was too much of a wuss to sit outside in my t-shirt!
Most every time I stop by there some food truck is out front. But Noble doesn't seem to announce which truck will be there on their twitter/instagram feeds. You can check https://twitter.com/foodtrucks_oc but they don't list anything for noble's today. Or just pop by Fresca's on the way and get a burrito to go.
