My wife and I are traveling to Denver for work Sunday-Tuesday and want to hit up as many can't miss beer spots as possible in the evenings.
What breweries/beer bars will give us the best bang for our short time there?

Also--we are staying near the capitol, and want to drive as little as possible.

I'd give this forum a quick search. There's quite a few threads with suggestions.

    And then look here: http://www.beeradvocate.com/place/city/7/

And it sounds like you'll want to hit up condensed areas like LoDo, RiNo, Five Points; where you'll be able to hit quite a few places by walking. Taking the Free MallRide on 16th will take you to LoDo.

The 16th street shuttle ends right by the capitol. Jump on that, get off at Blake, hit Freshcraft for food and beers, and then walk 5 blocks east to Falling Rock for more beers. If you like pizza you could stop at Lucky Pie in between with only a one block detour. Then from FR head south to Great Divide.

Falling Rock for sure. Might be a little far to walk, but I would definitely recommend TRVE (closed Mon). South from the capitol on Broadway between 2nd and 3rd. A quick Uber/bus ride for sure. Baere (closed Mon-Tues) is across the street one block north.
