I'm heading to Pittsburgh, Mt. Lebanon area, next week from Cleveland. I didn't see anything listed in the directory for Mt. Lebanon but I know there has to be a decent beer store near there. I'll be coming in on 376 and taking the Greentree Road exit. I'm looking for any shops that sell singles (I know there weren't many when I was in college a few years ago but I'm hoping that's changed) and a place that I can get a good selection of things not available to me in NE Ohio.
There actually is one now called mcneilly beer in that area. A little pricy but decent selection of stuff that gets out this way. No real hidden gems or anything but they get what they can.
You may also want to check out http://pittsburghcraftbeerweek.com/, as next week is Beer Week. At the very least, you can find a bottle shop with some sampling.

This place just opened and is about 3 miles from the exit (or real close to the Carnegie exit)...http://99bottlespittsburgh.com/ I was there once and the selection seemed to be on par with other bottle shops in the area... Brew Brothers (as mentioned by ODS above) will probably have the best selection in the area. If you want to grab a quick draft, check out Mad Mex South Hills
