Friday, 6/28, can release Noon @ Fulton...
    ________________________________
Banner - Our summer inspired 4.5% ABV hop forward blonde ale designed for 12oz cans - deeply layered due to horrifically uneconomical dry hopping levels. We notice hop and yeast derived tropical pineapple, mango like papaya-ey melon, all layered on top of a thirst quenching dryness that feels just right when thrust into mid Atlantic sauna-esque temps whether you were ready or not..
    Onsite pours and 12oz - 6-packs at $14.50 per

Pathway Pils - Our house pilsner constructed of 100% German Pils malt with an intentional blend of only the most noble hop varietals. Our pils is pulled together by a yeast strain that we’ve become quite fond of which creates this floral, lemon, hay like sweet honey straw, zesty dry yet still soft bodied lager. We’re quite proud to release what we’ve envisioned as our house Pilsner during what is and likely always will be a constant state of refinement and evolution in everything we do. 5% ABV. $
    $12.00 per 4 pack

    Mosaic Triangles IPA
    - The strongest shape in nature returns with one of our most beloved hops of all time, Mosaic. Bright soft tropical orange rind melon citrus deeply encased within our preferred 6% ABV.
    $14.50 per 4 pack (1 case limit)

    ______________________________

    FULTON ONLY
    Dawn Chorus 8% DIPA
    - makes its return featuring Citra, Vic Secret and Galaxy to double down on its layers of fruit forward hop and yeast derived character. Bright citrusy melon, pineapple, and a slightly dank undercurrent culminate into our signature super soft DIPA body and feel.
    $17.50 per 16oz 4 pack (1 case limit)

Salinity with Lime - Salinity returns with the addition of our conditioning process using in house processed lime zest and juice – specifically brewed for the summer season. Brewed with equal portions of malted barley and wheat, soured intentionally with our favorite lacto strains, and finished off in the whirpool with our preferred Pink Himalayan sea salt, this one drinks pretty good. A complete and total grown ups version of the fruited tart wheat beer style presented in 12oz cans…you know what to do. 3.8% ABV and on for onsite pours and 12oz cans to go
    $14 per 12oz 6-pack

    BOTH BREWERIES
Delta with Nelson and Orange Blossom Honey
    - Delta makes a come back featuring the highly aromatic and characterful Nelson Sauvin hop. Our oak fermented golden sour blended base beer takes on an entirely brighter character through our dry hopping process and maturation. To further push the citrus component we often find in our mixed culture barrel fermented beers, we bottle conditioned this iteration with a healthy dose of Orange Blossom Honey, rather than simple sugar. We detect notes of tropical fleshy peach, gooseberry like white wine brightness, orange citrus oil, and an oak laden tart acidity that leads into a soft yet dry finish. On for onsite pours and bottles and to go. 5.5% ABV
Available at both locations on July 4th for $14.50 per 500ml bottle.

Release details for tomorrow, Friday 8/23, @ Noon in Fulton.
    _________________________________________
Precursor Pils 5% ABV - Our keller pils makes its way back into cans. This beer was pulled from its lagering phase earlier than normal in the Kellerbier style, and offered fresh and with increased hop charge. As a result, we taste herbal lemon, and a bright earthy hay minerality lending to complete drinkability.
    $12 per 4-pack

    Patterns
    - Our first ever can conditioned beer is ready for the end of the summer, despite knowing there’s plenty of heat left. A clean, subtle, and simple saison style beer was fermented intentionally cooler with a French Saison yeast, and then sent to cans basically still, but mixed with a measured amount of priming sugar. The flat beer was canned and then left to condition at room temp until carbonation was achieved through the natural process of refermentation, often utilized in bottles or kegs.

Cleaner phenolic notes of pear and orchard fruit tropical warm spice lead into a clean honey laden Pilsner malt character. Bone dry, but silky, this beer drinks in quantity with relative ease. 5% ABV and on for onsite pours
Can conditioned at $14 per 6-pack.

    Chroma Cerise
    - Our Barrel Aged Sour refermented on whole Montmorency Cherries, after months of bottle conditioning, is finally ready for enjoyment. Pouring a gorgeous, if we do say so ourselves, bright red due to the extended contact time on the skin of whole fruit, this one is both form and function.

Bright fleshy cherry aromatics and flavor carry into a layered oak laden acidity, balancing out the fruit’s natural sweetness. 6% ABV and on for onsite pours
500ml bottles to go at $14 per bottle.

    Deep Dark Woods Blend 1
    - Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with in house toasted coconut and cacao nibs.

Invoking exactly where our imperial stout and other purpose built beers lay to rest, the Deep Dark Woods series is both literally and figuratively the embodiment of our approach to spirit barrel aged beers.

A grist of both simplicity and nuance, mashed and fermented with process choices gleaned from extensive self reflection and finally ensuring that the beers have ample time to rest deeply within the charred dark wood they call home for often more than a year.

Blend 1 was conditioned on our in house processed coconut and cacao nibs after its lengthy rest in whiskey soaked charred oak barrels. We taste notes of German chocolate cake, dark chocolate covered cherries, and burnt caramel layered over a full on decadent finish. 12% ABV and on for pours
500ml bottles to go at $20 per bottle (4 bottle limit).

    ___________________________________________

    FULTON ONLY Friday
    * Falcon Heavy 8% DIPA - Our fully bolstered DIPA variant of Falcon Smash IPA makes its way back into the rotation. Featuring the ever present and foundational Falconer’s Flight hop blend, alongside two of the newer school super fruit forward varietals – Citra, and the ultra-expressive Vic Secret. We taste pineapple, tangerine sweet orange citrus, and fully realized deep apricots tones.
    $17.50 per 4 pack (1 case limit)

    * Space Falcon - 7% DDH (Falcon Smash IPA with Galaxy) - The Falcon you know and love gets dry hopped with an exorbitant amount of Australian Galaxy to impart tropical pineapple citrus layered on top of Falcon’s signature dank marmalade orange pine character.
    $15 per 4 pack (4x - 4 pack limit)

    BOTH LOCATIONS
    * Falcon Smash OG - 7% Flagship IPA with a nod to its roots from 2014 (old school labels).
    $13 per 4-pack (4x - 4 pack limit)

    * Baby Falcon 4.5% Session IPA - After quite the long wait, Baby Falcon, our take on a more sessionable version of our beloved Falcon Smash, finally returns for Falcon Day… much like the baby pigeon, you know it exists, but it’s rare to see it.

Built from a smaller but identical grist than the full on raptor gets, and hopped with a couple interesting varietals we won’t mention, but the two that we will are those shared in common between both beers – Falconer’s Flight and El Dorado.

We notice impressions of tropical papaya, bright pineapple, white grape-esque melon, all of which culminate with that classic Falcon orange oil citrus marmalade. Entirely drinkable, and brewed Downtown at the source of the original first ever batch of our most famous hoppy beer.
On for onsite pours and $11 per (2 Crowler limit)

Triple can release this Friday, 9/6, Noon @ Fulton...
    ___________________________________________

Down the Line 6% IPA (DEBUT) - An entirely new hop forward pale beer from us featuring a blend of both Southern Hemisphere and PNW varietals that we don’t often get a chance to experiment with. We notice intensely tropical candied pineapple into orange oil laden citrus of all manner, with our typical grist and yeast derived softness. Our plan with this brand, is in many ways similar to Green Dreams, where we get a chance to experiment with different hop varietals and how they contribute character with our ale yeast and processes.
    $14.50 per 4 pack (1 case limit)

    Liquid Symphony 6% IPA
    - Hopped with Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe. Aromas of super bright orange juice rind, citrus, and melon. Flavors of candied citrus rind, bright green tropical melon and our house yeasts plushes out fleshy apricot depth.
    $14.50 per 4 pack (1 case limit)

    Disappearance 10% Imperial Stout
. Our decadent Imperial Stout conditioned on Blanchard’s Midnight Oil Coffee blend. Our friends at Blanchard’s entertained our notions of trialing out a different way to infuse some of the brighter character coffee has to offer by way of a unique coffee brewing process, and then reinforcing it with our traditional whole bean process. As we seek to continually refine these beers, we always look for new and innovative ways to add character, but remain grounded in our approach to layered flavor integration and balance.

Along with the coffee additions, we dosed in our in house processed cacao nibs to compliment the base beer alongside the coffee. None more inky black, deep khaki espresso head, with a chewy deep chocolate fudge infused with brightly layered fresh coffee roast and dark toasted bakers chocolate.
$8 per can (1 case limit)

Gone West 6% IPA (DEBUT) - In our furtherance of a carefully focused approach to all beers and to include those that are hop forward, we look towards the further coast with Gone West. Our heavily West Coast influenced IPA makes its debut. Brewed with a proprietary blend of citrus heavy hops, and fermented with our preferred dryer hoppy beer strain, we designed this beer to be intentionally set apart from our other house ale fermented hoppy beers.
We taste orange pulp, pineapple, tangerine, and pine all leading into a dry, cleansing resinous bitterness that we look for in WCIPA.
    $14.50 per 4-pack (1 case limit)

Mosaic ⟁ 6% IPA - The strongest shape in nature returns with one of our most beloved hops of all time, Mosaic. Bright soft tropical orange rind melon citrus deeply encased within our preferred 6% ABV.
    $14.50 per 4 pack (1 case limit)

Tiny 3.8% Pils - Designed with the sometimes need to manage our collective sobrieties with an ABV that’ll set you down gracefully, we notice floral lavender, sweet oak like baking spice hop character, and raw clover honey like malt depth.

Bottle announced for Friday in addition to the two cans above...

    Aster 5.5% Saison
Back in November of 2018 we were lucky enough to have our friends from Brasserie Dunham down for our annual Covenant Beer Festival. We have been enamored by their beautiful mixed fermentation beers for some time now, and were excited to set up a collaboration.⁣

For this beer, we decided on a style near and dear to both our hearts: Saison. Aster was initially open fermented in stainless steel with French Saison yeast. From there it was transferred to red wine barrels and inoculated with a mixed culture of wild yeast and bacteria. After 7 months in oak, the beer was blended and delicately dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc. It was then bottle conditioned for an additional 3 months. The resulting beer is soft and dry, with a present but restrained acidity. We taste notes of lavender, honey, lemon, white wine minerality and a light touch of herbaceous dill.
    $17.50 per 750ml bottle

Can release tomorrow 10/11, Noon in Fulton...

Poor Icarus 8% DIPA - Throughout this beautiful orange can you will find notes of bright tropical guava and sticky pineapple. We aggressively hopped this with Vic Secret and El Dorado.
    $17.50 per 4 pack

Hilltop 5.8% Franconian Kellerbier - Cooler weather brings even more cold fermentation by way of Hilltop, our Franconian Kellerbier. We’d like to think this style, with its relative lack of conditioning time, might have evolved out of the necessity to actually consume it, rather than endure the often painfully long maturation of most other lagers.

Amber in color, featuring a grown-ups level of haze, we’re pouring this one deep into our ½ liter dimpled mugs. We taste floral, zesty herbal orange peel, and a malt forward deeply toasted country bread crust base to balance the scales.
    $13 per 6-pack of 12 oz cans

Fest Bier 5.6% - Our first ever Fest Bier for our first ever Lager Day – it’s almost impossible to be more obvious than that. Rather than regale each and every one of you about what exactly this beer is, you should just drink it… and preferably by the ½ Liter Lager Day glass set before you.
It’s intentionally designed to cover all the bases – our preferred delicate floral lager fermentation, toasted bready malt, unsweetened toffee, and cocoa powder-esque middle malt character…all of the which leads us into a gently bittered medium bodied finish that asks for nothing, except to have more of it.
    $13 per 6-pack of 12oz cans
