DDH Falcon Smash featuring Lotus
Falcon finally gets its first ever totally hand selected DDH treatment. On our recent trip to Yakima, we were fortunate enough to select lots of both hops presented in this DDH iteration of Falcon – Lotus and Amarillo. A completely newer varietal to both us and the hop market, Lotus offers up some incredibly bright notes of passionfruit, tangelo-like-mango, further bolstered with Amarillo’s floral orange character brought together with our house ale’s apricot ester profile.

Dawn Chorus 8% DIPA makes its return featuring Citra, Vic Secret and Galaxy to double down on its layers of fruit forward hop and yeast derived character. Bright citrusy melon, pineapple, and a slightly dank undercurrent culminate into our signature super soft DIPA body and feel.

The Grid 8% DIPA - Arguably our favorite hop combination makes its return in The Grid. Two of our most utilized hop varietals, Mosaic and Falconer’s Flight come together for impressions of sticky mango, passionfruit, apricot, and candied orange slices nestled deep within the foundation of our hop forward fermentation profile. We’ve been taken with Mosaic ever since the first iteration of Nectar and Knife, and Falconer’s Flight has been etched deeply into our DNA

Interstellar Burst 8% DIPA is back for the first time of the New Year. Generously hopped with Galaxy, Citra and El Dorado with deep and plush impressions of passionfruit, pineapple, grapefruit, and mango.

Nectar and Knife 8% DIPA - Our first ever OG DIPA hopped and dry hopped extensively with Simcoe and her daughter Mosaic for that signature bright, grapefruit pulpy zest softness.

Lotus Triangles 6% IPA - Lotus is an incredibly new hop varietal takes the triangle stage solo. Lotus, from our friends at Hopsteiner, is quite the varietal and has delivered some of the most unique hop derived expressions we’ve yet to experience. We taste pineapple, sweet orange, coconut almost vanilla cream, with a dank herbaceous eucalyptus star anise like under current. This one drinks with complexity not often derived from the use of a single hop cultivar, but so be it.

Nelson DDH Falcon Smash 7% IPA - The ever approachable Falcon Smash IPA gets an additional dry hop with a serious amount of New Zealand Nelson Sauvin – notes of white grape, brightly dank tropical fruit layered over Falcon’s signature marmalade orange pine base character.

Aimless Time 5.5% Golden Ale Aged in Wine Barrels began with a simple grist of pils, wheat and oats. It was initially fermented in stainless with a mixed culture of saison yeast and bacteria. From there it was transferred into red wine barrels and left to rest for 9 months. It was then bottle conditioned for an additional 6 months. We taste bright citrus fruit flesh, orange pez, and sweet tart all rounded out by clean lemon-lactic acidity.

Can Jam details...

Here are details for day of and how everything will operate Saturday starting at noon in Fulton.

⟁ Tickets can be purchased for $7.50, which will be exchanged for a single can. Only 2 tickets can be purchased at a time. You can purchase 2 more tickets after the cans have been redeemed, if so desired.

⟁ Each ticket may be exchanged for one brand from one brewery at a time. For example, you may exchange both tickets at once, but it must be for 2 different beers from 2 different breweries. We’ve done this to ensure that as many guests as possible have the opportunity to try out a wide variety of breweries and their beer.

⟁ There will be increased point of sale and distribution points for cans. We hope this will help expedite wait times and minimize lines.

⟁ Any cans you receive will be opened by our server upon ticket exchange. There are no exceptions to this rule.

⟁ Triple Crossing cans will be available during Can Jam.

⟁ Can list can be found in the attached photos and updated every time a can is kicked.

⟁ Absolutely no outside beer will be allowed on Triple Crossing premises.

⟁ Falcon Smash IPA (Downtown and Fulton) - Our ever so delectable Flagship IPA

⟁ Heartfelt (Fulton Only) 6% IPA - Where do we begin...likely from the beginning, and maybe it’s all due to the unholy blade of beer availability that severed a much needed singular hop varietal classic from our fair city...or whatever.

As cryptic as that may or may not be, the 16oz can before you is our interpretation of a beloved and still extremely relevant mid-coast IPA featuring 100% hand selected Centennial hops in both the kettle, whirlpool, and dry hopping.

We taste pulpy grapefruit, trix cereal fruit impressions, bright pine, all of which get pulled together with a drinkable cleansing bitterness and a softer candied citrus like ester profile derived from the use of an alternate American Ale strain.

⟁ Rosé Franc (Fulton Only) is our interpretation of a classic, rosé-style wine. We conditioned a blend of barrel aged beer on Cabernet Franc grapes from our friends Pollak Vineyards. After a lengthy refermentation, said beer was laid to rest in bottles for a future release.

For this beer, Rosé Franc, we then immediately sent a blend of our house red wine barrel-aged golden sour on top of the spent grapes. The beer and grapes co-mingled cold, for more than a month. Rosé Franc was then packaged and bottle conditioned for many moons.

We taste bright strawberry/raspberry jam, soft oak, juicebox fizz and a touch of cellar funk. Truly reminiscent of a rosé, but half the ABV. Perfect for splitting with friends and loved ones over Valentine’s Day dinner.

Clever Girl 6% IPA - Citra and Mosaic all day long.

lluminati Confirmed 8% DIPA - Hidden meanings return with our Citra and Mosaic heavy DIPA. After that fateful day of triangles based symbolism, we realized we hadn’t yet paired the heavy hitters of the new school hops together, while also alone. We taste tropical citrus orange grapefruit rind melon like kiwi. Deeply cryptic, and confirming nothing you didn’t already not know. $17.50 per 4 pack

Pathway Pils 5% – The latest iteration of our mainstay pilsner constructed of 100% German Pils malt with an intentional blend of only the most noble hop varietals. This pils is pulled together by a yeast strain that we’ve become quite fond of given its propensity to layer in a floral almost lavender like fermentation character over top of the lemon, hay, sweet honey straw, dry zesty soft bodied lager.

Brighter Lights 8% DIPA - A new double IPA born out of our Citra Galaxy laden IPA. Brewed with a healthy amount of flaked wheat, flaked oats, and malted wheat all locked together forever thanks to our house ale’s ability to create the softness we seek.Dry hopped with a serious amount of Citra and Galaxy, both of which we currently feel are the best lots of those varietals we’ve ever had in house, without question.We taste even brighter impressions of passionfruit, peach, pulpy orange like tangelo, with a green mango citrus oil laden finish.

Simcoe Triangles 6% IPA - Created out of the need for us to continually explore the nuances of certain hop varietals, the triangles series allows us to thoughtfully experiment with an often singular set of variables that we force ourselves to live within. Always the same grist and always our house ale yeast culture. Through this self-induced restriction, we find Simcoe opening up with the bright pink grapefruit pulpy melon citrus, culminating into our considerably soft finish.

This service will be open for orders from 3:30PM - 9:30PM Monday - Thursday and 11:30AM - 9:30PM Friday-Saturday and 11:30AM - 7:30AM on Sunday. All orders must be picked up during normal operating hours. Triple Crossing will now be offering delivery of cans and crowlers for a limited time. Hopefully 12oz Baby Falcon 6-packs for $14 (description below) will help brighten your day as well. Baby Falcon is now available online for ordering and for delivery/takeout for tomorrow - https://triplecrossing.com/can-pick-up. Our team has been busy planning the logistics and will be personally handling the beer safely from packaging to delivering it to your door.

In addition to the pick-up/to-go service we announced earlier this week, we will now be offering limited delivery service to the greater Richmond area and surrounding counties.

Orders for delivery can be made at any time, however we will only be fulfilling same day deliveries for orders received before 2pm. If your order is placed after 2pm it will be fulfilled the following day. Orders that are placed this evening will be delivered tomorrow.

There will be a minimum order amount of $50 per transaction and a $5 delivery fee for each order. The individual accepting the order will be required to show their government issued ID at time of drop off and the name on the ID must match the name on the order. We will send an e-mail with a 2 hour window when our team member can be expected at your residence. Thank you for your patience as we try to help keep everyone safe.

Baby Falcon 4.5% - Session IPA - We notice impressions of tropical papaya, bright pineapple, white grape-esque melon, all of which culminate with that classic Falcon orange oil citrus marmalade. Entirely drinkable, and brewed Downtown at the source of the original first ever batch of our most famous hoppy beer.
