Oftentimes when cans sell out that is when they will begin to offer Crowlers of new releases. That's an option for you. Downtown definitely Crowlers on demand and I'm pretty sure Fulton does too now.

 

Good to know, thanks. Crowlers would be fine for me as I am heading to the Outer Banks for the week and Richmond is the halfway point so we're spending one night there. Would be fine with grabbing some crowlers for the trip.

Helles Chrome – Our 4.8% ABV Helles, brewed with a decidedly measured amount of restraint and built for consumption. Lagered for weeks on end – impressions of honey, floral, crackery malt, and culminating in the most quenching of dryness… take it down, take all of it down.

Another release for Friday....Crowler / Draft

Seeing Things is our new 10% bourbon soaked vanilla bean laced Imperial Stout. This chewy stout displays impressions of deep sweet vanilla and amaretto toasted almonds. We sourced two different vanilla cultivars that lend a complex, full bodied rich finish accentuated by a healthy lactose addition.
This will be released this Friday Downtown at $16.50 per crowler (no limit)

- The Distance 6% DDH IPA in collaboration with our friends Foam Brewers. When the guys from Foam came down for Juicy Brews, we brewed a couple beers and this being the first to see the light of day. A delicately soft DDH IPA that consists of a 50/50 mix of each brewers house yeast and a generous hopping regime of Citra, Denali, and Galaxy. This collab has bold notes of ripe mango, key-lime pie, orange rind, sweet drippy pineapple.
We have 240 cases at $15 per 4 pack (1 case limit)

- Our flagship dank and tropical Falcon Smash 7% IPA is back in cans.

Illuminati Confirmed 8% DIPA - This beer is a bright tropical cyclone featuring two of our favorite hop varietals Citra and Mosaic. Pillowy mouth feel backs up the pungent aromatics.

Fierce Abandon 6% IPA - Jammed packed with notes of juicy fruit apricots, ruby red grapefruit and clementine oranges. Hops we featured are Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe.

Blank Shore 8% DIPA. After the recent acquisition of Enigma, a new to us hop cultivar from Australia, we were enamored with its extremely unique bright tropical fruit character. This DIPA was hopped extensively with both Enigma and Amarillo. Impressions of green tropical fruit, lime, and white wine citrus leads into our ever necessary soft and plush finish.
We are shooting for 200 cases of this all new DIPA at $17.00 a 4 pack (1 case limit)

Citra Triangles 6% All Citra IPA. Soft, dank, yet tropical notes of guava, pungent peaches, oranges and nectarines.
We are shooting for 100 cases of this all Citra IPA at $14.50 a 4 pack (1 case limit)

Dawn Chorus 8% DIPA - Notes of bright pineapple and delectable peach gummy rings can be found throughout this beer while being pillowy soft. Hop profile consists of Citra, Galaxy and Vic Secret.

@JTdrinkgod I doubt all 3 will make it until the middle of next week. I definitely do not think Citra Triangles will make it that far and based on how Dawn Chorus was when the last released it in Feb that could go very fast as well. It was one of the best DIPAs I've had from them and that's saying a lot since they do so many well. if anything is sold out you should be able to get Crolwers of them so you won't be completely shut out.

 

was fortunate enough to have traded for some citra triangles and dawn chorus they were awesome. was hopin for the new one at least to take home, especially with 200 cases. but did not know they did crowlers too so good to know, thanks for the knowledge

 

TC does a great job keeping their taplist on Untappd updated as well as their can/bottle availability on their website. You can check there to see what's available and what size pours /fills they are doing. They typically will not do Crowler fills of a new release until all cans have sold out at a location so if they have cans left then no fills but if they are sold out then you should be able to get fills.

Last Good Sleep 9% Imperial Stout with toasted coconut and coffee.
Our second collaboration with our friends at Foam Brewers was born out of the creative blending of ideas on how both breweries create their respective dark beers. After deciding on the addition of lactose for a slight increase in sweetness and body, we collectively chose to condition the beer on measured amounts of in house toasted coconut and a smaller addition of Black Hand’s Mexican Chiapas coffee. The aroma opens with full on milk chocolate almond coconut candy bar (you know the one) and leads into impressions of amaretto soaked coconut fudge with a hint of roasted coffee bean-esque finish. Undeniably drinkable, yet rich and full bodied.

We will be selling draft and crowlers this Friday at noon Downtown. Crowlers will be $16.50, no limit.

 

I really like how they used a "measured" amound of coconut and a "smaller addition" of coffee. Its a nice contrast to the "hundreds of pounds" or "insane amounts" some other breweries in town like to advertise.
