Triple Threat - NBS BIF #3

Well, yeah, thought that was obvious. My main point was to lend credence to the idea that "major body of water" could be a river, or a lake when you get down to it.

 

Better than under-caffeinated and cranky, which would more or less be me right now!

And now I'm going to continue to be cranky and say, "Dammit! More hints!"

(This is my Sunday, I won't be on BA this time of day for about a week and I'm kinda bored)

Hint #2 - My state's total square mileage is larger than yours.

 

No, no, I didn't say my target's weather resembled Antarctica's.

 

On the last BIF, a couple of us - myself included - found ourselves with some conflicts that worked against us sending out all our beers at once. It's totally kosher to send a smaller "raiding party" in advance of the main effort so that your target still gets something to drink on the designated NBS.

 

Ahem, kind of funny people keep thinking thusly of the interests of one @beertunes .

I'm out. No Founders, Sixpoint distributes to OR but not WA. Both of these make me sad.

In light of earlier hockey talk, my newest hint is that someone who played in the NHL in my target's state once played for the minor league team in my hometown. That player is not a Canadian.

 

No Hockey in my state. I'll check you off of my list.

 

Okay, I've eliminated 8 of you so far, with several more on the cusp that are theoretical matches but aren't likely.

BTW, have we begun to get word of the actual names and addresses of out targets? Not rushing you, @beertunes and @LehighAce06 - just want to make sure there wasn't one of life's random accidents somewhere along the line, as such accidents more often than not seem to seek me out.
