    Damn! That is some crazy beer. I had my first Mirror Mirror (just shy of 2 years on it) and it was one of my favorite BWs ever.

    Dropped off my package this evening and FedEx says that my target will be receiving it tomorrow.

    That should be the final hint enough to say my target kind of lives close to me, and is only separated by a single state.

    I quite agree, good Sir! There's nothing there I've had before, only a couple breweries I've heard of, and I think the Laika is the only specific beer I've heard of. IMHO, a box like this is the perfect example of NBS, and the NBS BIFs. But, since this box is mine, I might be a bit biased.:grinning:

    dang! great boxes today, folks! nicely done!

    @beertunes - i'd hopefully be able to participate in this one; and i could possibly pull in @Dan_K -- who'd be able to represent CO -- if he's interested -- we are both in the Stout BiF #5 right now.. and if 'September-ish' is when it goes down, this should be enough time to replenish beer stock by then, too.

    Unless the group has different thoughts, I'll probably do the announcement the Sunday after Labor Day. That gives us a week for pairings, 2-3 weeks for shopping and Hints, a week or so for shipping, and a "Share Date" of the second Sunday of October, which might be Columbus day weekend, I haven't looked at the calendar.

    Oh damn, with the way @larryi86 has laid it down and with the likes of @WesMantooth, @richj1970 and @kemoarps I've got to be careful since we've already landed a few trades each together. Especially Corey and Rich. There are many of you, @beerloserLI I'm talking to you, that I've wanted to line up trades with in the past, so this will be epic!

    No, I was looking to get geographic diversity into this thing. Helps break up the cross-continental shipping for folks, thus saving a couple shekels. There's a few clusters of folks, and having some participants in the south, plains, and rocky mountain areas would add a nice mix.

    Although, I suspect that anyone involved would be happy to receive some Upland brews in their box.

    I too have received a box from someone in this BIF, while not being a BIF box itself...my target is actually the one that sent me said box when I was looking for a certain beer a year ago now....so there is probably my last hint. You should know who you are. Your box will most likely go out on Thursday.

    I'm cutting the window close, and I have a name to live up to as an Indiana BA now.

    And, another note to @bigjsempire , a quick check of the Fedex site says your ground box will be delivered by end of day Saturday. If you want the number, let me know.

    I drive to Frankenmuth, MI, in a little over 5 hours every May to work the World Expo of Beer. You are one of the last three possibles as my sender. Have I finally figured it out?

    And if I am, FedEx lies. Nothing gets here from anywhere in one day.

    Yes it is me; I originally thought you were closer to Philly(random assumption, never looked it up), but you are actually pretty close to the Ohio border. FedEx is usually spot on with their assumptions(for me at least). So look forward to a box tomorrow(or Thursday if you are correct) :grinning:

    If you haven't watched Angie Tribeca on TBS yet you should. It's like watching Police Squad. Should be able to watch episodes online now. Check out the grocery bag scene in "Tribeca's Day Off"
