Triple Threat - NBS BIF #3

Not just beer karma. That's the kind of thing that makes airliners accidentally blow their toilet tanks over your house.

 

I have only bought 1 thing of bubble wrap in the past 12+ months. Lord knows I have sent out wayyyyy more than the total "trades" that I have had in that time too. I am a recyler/hoarder (pack rat/hoarder if you ask my wife)

 

I better not let you meet my GF. Then again, opposites attract, so I'm probably safe.

 

There are definitely worse things that can fall from a plane.

 

Hey Washington BAs, what can you tell me about Urban Family Brewing? Some of their beer is now for sale in my area. Voices Underground and Snakeskin Jacket.

 

It is weird here. I think the average beer drinker in WI purchases $100 in beer per week or something. With such a small population, the distribution is insane. Every year we pick up another 15 new breweries and the stores are running out of room for all of it.

 

I'll let @beertunes or @kemoarps take that one. It's not in my nearly Idaho neck of the woods.

I would second this. Also, I believe the box I'm sending next Monday will shake the standings up a bit (I hope ).

 

I think the bigger challenge is that some sent more than one box. I can't keep track of it all...

Maybe when we all post what we've got on the big reveal day, having all that info in one place will be easier.

Then again, my other box likely won't ship until mid-April, so maybe it never ends.

That is a deeply impressive haul.

 

Had to go back and look at my notes to make sure I don't send the same stuff for this box...I guess downing three freshly canned Todd's make the mind a little hazy. Whoops.

Here's the deal with the second box @TongoRad, I'm moving soon and frankly don't want to move all this damn beer, so I will be shipping some of that burden on to you, to move it into your esophagus. Tough for you, I know.

In other words...don't expect much in terms of "fresh" beer.

 

A barleywine vertical may be in your future too...as a separate topic, I totally haven't drank four Todd's and am totally not drunk...
