Another box has landed, folks, and I'm surprised it made it off the ground. Here's what I'm dealing with at the moment -

@Josholson666, it's here safe and sound. I'll be back later with the full story.

A week deep in April, are you kidding me?

All of my beautiful blooms are dying a cold and slow death. How depressing!:slight_frown:

The doorbell rings as I lie on the couch feeling the gravity of the situation and having dreams of summer. Hell, I'd settle for Spring!:astonished:

I immediately recognize the name on the label and my heart skips a beat. It suddenly feels sunny and warm!

Unfreakin' believable beyond words and better than a box of California oranges! A stellar bolt out of the blue from BA extraordinaire @2beerdogs and I'm not even his target!!! Derek, I'm eternally grateful and humbled by your generosity. I'm not worthy! There are some thoughtful and very generous people on this site and you're on the A list. I'm glad our cyber paths crossed! I'm going to have enough new beers to review for many weeks/months to come. Looking forward to sampling these Bruery beers that I was only able to dream about around these parts until now. Thanks again brother for brightening up a gloomy day!

Yah we buried the daffodils under 5" inches of snow here on Monday.

I can't 'like' that! Not nearly as bad here, but it's supposed to crash down into the mid 20's the next couple of nights. :slight_frown:

@Prager62 It is very snowy and windy tonight in WI... Thankfully things are looking up next week with some warm sunny temps.

Jim, I've been meaning to hit you for a while. I told you that before, but I also told you that sometimes it takes me a while. See, I live up to my word...this one was way late. You crushed me in NBS BIF #2. My wife still calls dibs on the 18th Street glass you sent me. And sometimes I notice she's drinking out of the 3F glass. :grinning: At least you can sit n all of these, except the Hutte DIPA. Picked it up last week at the brewery. It's a good one, and pretty fresh. You, Sir, are a solid BA, and I'm probably more pleased than you that our "cyber paths crossed."
    Cheers!

Here we go. I finally got it all unpacked, and by the time I was done all I can say is that I am speechless, full of gratitude, and humbled beyond words. Let's just let the pictures do the talking-

Glad it still hits the spot, though I am still a little disappointed that it leaked. I should have triple checked the cap tightness, and I'm a little let down (and now that I think about it, concerned as it serves a similar function at work) that the parafilm didn't seal it off better.

Oh, haha, that's right I forgot about the pill crusher ha. I probably adjusted and readjusted the screw level on that thing a dozen times to get it to just the right volume and clankiness for my OCD to feel comfortable that even through the cardboard/etc it would overwhem any glug of beer in the bottles but not so much it would be concerning on it's own. The rice in the blood tube just wasn't cutting it, ha!
