I'm not local to them but I'm getting their distro regularly. What does everyone think of them? I get the idea they want to get the Other Half of Florida, or at t he very least jacked the business model. I've had about a dozen of their beers, all $6 after tax, and most of them are pretty good. They are better at sours than hops. What does everyone else think?
I believe I made a thread about Tripping a year or two back. They have become my favorite Miami brewery. It’s pretty close for me, and I do enjoy the majority of their beers. I like that they have been consistently canning since the beginning.
They have a pretty decent taproom to hang out in (if that's even a thing anymore really). Any time I had the beer it was solid if not super remarkable. I'd be pretty happy drinking it but it didn't strike me as on the quality of Other Half. Maybe they've stepped it up in the last year since I've had them last. I'd put them behind JWB and 3 Sons in MIA/FLL but definitely still a brewery I was pretty happy to visit and drink.
