I wanted to see what Indy BAs thought about this beer. I recently bought a six pack and believe that it was a bad batch. It smelled like acetone/nail polish remover with the finish tasting exactly the same. I had a cold at the time so I thought my taste might be off. I had my wife and 2 friends taste it, without telling them what I thought, and all 3 had the same observation. Not sure if I got a bad six pack, bad batch, etc. I emailed Triton to let them know my experience. Thoughts on this beer?

I've got a couple bottles in my fridge, I'll report back in a day or two.

They are suffering the same bottling issues another local brewery is having as well. I really enjoy Sin Bin (and most of Tritons) beers so much more on draft than out of the bottle. All of their bottles offerings I've had I've found to be very thin in body than the draft option. I hope they figure that out, as I think they are very good and I like their taproom.
I am going to say the problem is the bottle and not the beer though.

I find the same issue with Flat 12 bottles. I really love the porter out of the brewery on draft, but out of the bottle is has always been very thin and overcarbonated. Another one I hope the bottling gets sorted out.

Well unfortunately most beers are better on draft. Zombie Dust is the first example I can think of. Railsplitter is great on draft. While still good out of the bottle it isn't as spectacular.
