Available at Free Bridge in Phillipsburg for a few days (before the printed release date). Will be getting down there soon to get some.

I just picked up a six-pack of NN bottles today over lunch. Looking forward to cracking my first one of 2018!

I am looking forward to having Nugget Nectar after being in Wyoming for almost three years! Always a pleasant experience!

I did not end up having one from my six-pack last night, but did have a draft at a local pub. Man, this is tasting mighty good this year. What a nice change of pace from all these NEIPAs.

I'd agree with the "nice change of pace" line of thinking. Had both the regular and nitro versions this week at the brewery. Solid to good.

Interesting to me, and maybe only me, that they actually switch up the dry hopping on the nitro version. Could be new, but I certainly didn't know that last year.

I also had the 'Nitro Nugget' on draft last night, too. While I did not enjoy it as much as the regular draft (less bitter, IMO), I did enjoy drinking it. I did not know the dry hop bill was different. Interesting.

    From their Twitter feed...

"A few tweaks - we drop the Zeus & Warrior from the dry-hop bill and add Nugget & Simcoe to amplify the pine and mango notes - make it a creamsicle dream."

Didn't know that prior to consuming one after the other. Might have to sit down with one of each again some night. You know, for science.

Picked some up yesterday and the bottle I had was great. Some of the best nectar I have had from memory.

I was told this too today from the guys at Exton Beverage. We are all NN fans and they raved about it. Needless to say I walked out with a keg. I can't wait to try it.

Interesting, since they haven't previously listed Zeus as one of the included hop varieties. Although it is part of the CTZ trio (very similar to Tomahawk), so I guess they just swapped those two this year?

Right, and with zero mention of Palisade (a hop I've been wanting to try in my own beers, frankly...) I'm deducing that that hop isn't included in the dry hop schedule. Or maybe it just isn't dropped from the original recipe?

Certainly could be wrong on that deduction, though.

I've home brewed this clone recipe - but I increased the dry hopping amounts to 2 oz Nugget (I had plenty of homegrown Nugget hops), 1 oz Columbus, and 1 oz Simcoe

That recipe did use Palisade@ 10 minute. It substituted Columbus as the CTZ hop, and didn't include any Warrior. I brewed it a few months after last year's Nugget Nectar release, so couldn't drink side-by-side. But by memory it seemed pretty close.

That’s a cool link. Might have to brew it for the parents, as they’re huge fans of NN.

    Thanks.

NN is awesome stuff. Not necessarily worthy of a great, underground following/worship from hipsters. But still a great beer for what it is. I always buy it when it shows up in my "build a sixpack" shop.

I picked up a six pack last night. Drinking a bottle right now during the Eagles game, and as a big fan of Nugget Nectar, I give it a thumbs up!

Picked up a 6-pack of cans here in CLE and had one tonight. Very good! Always worth a sixer each year and enjoyed as fresh as possible.

walked past at $13.45 a six today, just no way I could justify it.
