    Unless the County records are not accurate or up to date. Which could always be the case, since that website record also listed a warehouse building as being on the site.

    One thing Dauphin County does have is accessible property tax info. Yeah!

    100 year lease from “Hershey Park” may be technically untrue due to the ever-so-subtle legalese separation between the food company, entertainment company, Trust, Foundation, and School. But, I don’t want to get those people mad at me.

    The other big issue is the very active rail line abutting the property.
