Troegs Triple Mango IPA

I thought it was dirt cheap. It was just over $2 a bottle. Unreal.

 

For people who missed the bottles, they have a LOT of this in kegs so growlers should pour for some time. The one bartender I spoke to said he expects a lot of beer pickup for the 4th and if not for the fact that they will get a lot of extra biz, he would have otherwise expected this to last a couple of weeks for growlers.

How is that place? They seem to have a pretty solid beer list but I heard their food is crap.

 

I wouldnt say its crap. But its not great either. Typical restaurant bar fare one step above everything being fried. Beer list can be really good though.

 

But what if we want more?

 

Why is more better than less ?

I've only eaten there once, calamari, wasn't bad. The tap list is usually pretty awesome though, and bottle list is solid. Service is good.

 

Thanks I only live about 10 minutes from the place so I'm sure I'll make it over there eventually.

 

Yeah it's literally right up the street from me, I've been there quite a few times. I really like the way it's set up... Huge bar, fireplace, and a deck you can smoke on and bring your beer out. Plus they just tapped BOIS, so I'm making it over there ASAP!

Just had Bois at the pour House though, and man is that stuff amazing!
