Troon Brewing

Really enjoyed Sombero as well. Im typically a hoppy beer kinda guy and Ive had some killer hoppy beers from Troon but I really think his porters/stouts are some or his best beers. He really does the style well

 

Sombrero is a great beer that I actually prefer to the already excellent Mexican Morning. Got to try Apocalyptic Visions too, fantastic IPA. Troon is putting out some great stuff.

 

Had a growler of Mineralized Matrix last night. Great IPA. Tons of apricot flavor and a super creamy mouthfeel. Alex's brews keep getting better imo.

 

Mineralized has an awesome honey aftertaste. Sombrero definitely is not Mexican Brunch. Distinctly different blend of the adjuncts with lots of nice pepper at the finish. I finished Disclaimer, sorry folks. What a great Kolsch.

It's official, closed this weekend. That said, looks like 3 new brews on tap for next weekend if all goes as planned!

 

Excited as hell for three new beers at once next week!

 

Hump Day! Looking forward to the long weekend - just need an update from Alex on what i need to be drinking while memorializing! I'm not technically proficient on all the social mediums (is that a thing?) - has anyone heard news from Troon?

Not reeeeeeeeealy beer. But Troon beer related. Plus the Bent Spoon is awesome, and worth the trip if you want ice cream and took a trip to Troon.
