Anyone else get a chance to try this? I thought it was phenomenal.

You should review it....small breweries can use all the help you can give.

I tried, but it hasn't been added to the site and you have to have a certain number of reviews to add it. If you can add it, I'll review it.

Trophy's a nanobrewery that only does draft and growlers. They're packed damn near every night.

Hope you make it in time. As of last night they were getting low and had stopped filling growlers.

Man, that's kind of a stupid requirement...was unaware.

You also have to review it when you add. I prefer to do reviews with the beer in front of me, but I'm not doing that at the brewery on my phone so I don't end up doing it. I thought Top Gun was pretty good. I'm a fan of Falconer's Flight and that was the dominant hop to me (over Citra). It was reasonably balanced, not crazy dry. The Berliner is also really good, highly recommended. The syrup also isn't really a bad thing - it's not super sweet so it mostly adds a fruit/softening note. I wasn't a big fan of Xuan Wu, the BA stout they have on - had a strange almost cinnamon note and I didn't think the barrel played well with everything else. Enjoy their stuff though. If I didn't live in Durham I'd be there all the time instead of every couple weeks.

Missed the top gun, but the Berliner was awesome. Getting a growler to bring hime. The citra saison was delicious as well.
