Can someone help me? I built a bar on my rooftop last year and purchased a Kegerator as part of it. It worked fine last year but this year, for some reason, whenever I pull the levels on the tap to discharge some beer, the CO2 pressure goes down slowly. Ultimately, the pressure goes down all the way to zero and I have to gingerly open up the valve to allow it to fill up to about 15lbs. The pressure remains the same when not in use but it goes down when I pull the tap levels for beer.

    welcome to BA.
you probably paid a lot of money for the kegerator. you probably should expect some follow up service.

what was the diagnosis from the people who sold you the appliance?
someone will probably throw you a bone, but I fear your dealer did not explain a very basic and obvious concept of draft beer.
    Cheers.

So your saying you have to turn off tank valve or you just close the shutoff on the regulator?
