If any of you are Philadelphia 76ers fans out there you know all about: But to circle back to beer and brewing, below is a video from Nate Lanier (Tree House Brewing) entitled “What I Wish I Had Known (As A Brewer)” I have been homebrewing for over 25 years (batch no. 515 in the primary right now) and when folks would ask questions about brewing, I would often tell them that brewing process is just as important as ingredient selection. As you listen to Nate below, he expresses his perspective that brewing process is more important than ingredient selection and since he has brewed way more batches of beer than I have I will have to accede to him on this matter.
