Good afternoon, guys. I have a few select local micro-brews I am trying to send my friend in Louisiana. It is impossible to find someone that will ship it for me. Any advice? I live in Virginia. Thanks.
If you haven't already, check out Alewatcher's blog: http://alewatcher.blogspot.com/2010/11/new-trader-tips.html Most of us ship UPS or FedEx - it's easiest if you set up an account online and print off your own shipping labels. You may have to lie about the contents. =)
Yeah, basically read that blog, pack the bottles vertical in the box with more packaging then you think you need, create a shipping account online with either FedEx or UPS, print your shipping label, stick it to the box and drop it off. If someone at the shop gets nosey tell them it is BBQ sauce or snow globes.
