    What type of yeast profile does it have? Is it a Belgian style like Prairie Standard, or neutral US style?

    It's gotta be american ale yeast I am not detecting any of
    the franco-belgian/saison flavors that make standard what it is.

    Still sippin on this beer HARD.
    Freemans still has 3 or 4 cases & I may just
    have to gank a whole one for myself.
    I feel exactly like how I felt when Arrowhead was
    first released.
