There is a store in Tuscaloosa that now has Growler fills. Well milk jugs too go. The store is Corks and Tops. It has 12 taps now and Michael said he is getting 12 more in a week or two. They have GPBC Coffee Oatmeal Stout, Snake Handler, Bell's Two Hearted, Straight to Ale's Monkeynaut, Blue Pants Pinstripe Stout, Avondale's Battlefield IPA, Boulevard Chocolate Ale, Andygator and Pabst. I am sure for the college crowd. Glad to have this store here.
Great store and Michael is a really nice and knowledgeable guy. I am glad Corks and Tops is so close to home. Looking forward to my next trip that way.
I just heard about this store right after we went to Tuscaloosa, got to check them out some time soon, until the abw cap in MS changes, Tuscaloosa is the place to go for brew for us
Pretty cool. I remember my time in Tuscaloosa in the late 90’s and it pretty much came down to buying beer at Bruno’s or JD’s and the godsend that was the Mellow Mushroom. I hope the Alabama scene keeps growing!
