Tuscon/Scottsdale trip questions

    Ill be in Tuscon for 2 days, and then a day in Scottsdale, looking for suggestions on must stops. So far I have
    Tuscon
    Tap & Bottle
    Dragoon

    Then on the way to Scottsdale
    AZ Wilderness

    Is it better just to hit these couple places and get comfortable for a while? Or is there a few other places that are must stops? Also down to bring some beers if anyone wants to meet up, Tuesday Sept 12 is my free day while my wife takes a test for work.

    In Scottsdale I would divide it up into three areas, South Scottsdale, Old Town or North Scottsdale. Papago Brewing and Fate Brewing South pretty much share a parking lot. They would be my preference over any other place. In Old Town it's with Goldwater Brewing and Craft 64, and in North Scottsdale there is an OHSO and Four Peaks. If you wanted to combine two areas South Scottsdale and Old Town are pretty close together.

    In Tucson, I think Dragoon has the best beer, but I hear their taproom isn't too fancy. I'd also consider a stop at 1702 (The Address). Good tap list, and good pizza. Try the hop bread. I hear their bottle shop is good too, but I didn't check it out.

    In the Phoenix area: I like Beer Research Institute more than Wilderness, personally. Huss is also one of my favorites, not far off the 10 in Tempe, but again, no food. If you're looking for a good bottle shop, Check out Tops in Tempe. Great selection. Total Wine is good too, but I'd skip BevMo.

    As far as Scottsdale goes, I second the McFate/Papago (Fate was renamed) suggestion. Papago has a great guest tap list, and good pizza.

    If you haven't left yet, I'd potentially be up for a trade. Anything awesome you can get up there in NV that we can't get here?
