Would love to try if any LA TJ's gat any! I thought bAtch nr had a pretty good mouth vfeel.

 

Had this on tap today and as @SUBER said it was boozy as it warmed up but the coconut was still present,not a bad beer by any means.

 

Does anyone know if the new release is still available at the tasting room in bottles to go?

 

Drinking the Coconut Stout right now. I like it. Subtle coconut, slightly sweet.

 

I think the second one was much much better than the first. Had another of the 01's last night and my impression was the same as the first time. It was okay, not great, maybe good. I would give it a 5/10. The new one I would give 8/10. Very good.

 

I ended up ordering some on the TW website and picking them up. Had one last night, I prefer the first version.

 

I will have to try this stuff out!

 

anybody know anywhere around hollywood that got no 2? i called a couple trader joes that got no 1 but they said they dont even have the ability to order no 2 even if they wanted to.

 

They have a couple boxes of no. 2 at hi-times Costa Mesa.

 

Any sightings of no. 2 between Santa Cruz and sacramento?

 

Any have info on Tusk & Grain Manhattan?

 

Had the No.1, thought it was decent enough. Could of been a little thicker IMO.

 

Had the brandy barrel aged coffee porter one recently and thought it was pretty incredible. Super smooth and almost zero booziness.

 

I had the brandy and he tequila/bourbon side by side... the brandy was much smoother. Both interesting but as a stand alone the brandy was dynamite.
