I've only been to the Pizza Luce in Richfield but their tap list is outstanding. I even suggested meeting a friend their for happy hour just because of what they had on tap a month ago. I assume all the Pizza Luce's are similar with a great tap list but will likely vary.
St Paul Luce doesn't have the extensive lists that other Luce's have, but they make up for it by having really cool and unique beer there, stuff I haven't seen elsewhere. They have a Jolly Pumpkin beer on right now, as well as Epic Imperial IPA which is quite good.
Lola's korean bbq pizza is pretty fantastic, but Luce's baked potato pizza is probably my favorite pizza ever. And, as noted above, Luce St. Paul almost always has something unique on tap, and generally has Surly also.
May be too late, but if you can deal with tacky Psycho Suzi's has a top 5 pizza plus Surly, Bells and Fulton on tap. One of the bars upstairs has even more when it is open on the weekends.
