Twin Cities Bottle Hunt - 2016 Edition

I've been enjoying the Alesmith Hawaiian at a couple of bars recently. Did the Twin Cities get any bombers of this? Or will we?

 

I haven't seen or heard of any Speedway variants or BA Alesmith products coming here. Their distribution here has been a bit lackluster, in general.

 

F44 had some earlier this week, if im remembering correctly.

Any recent regular Abyss sightings south of the river?

 

Looks like Woodbury just received it, is it possible it's still dropping in our area? I haven't sniffed a bottle anywhere in the south metro (though to be fair I haven't asked, just in wandering through shops).

 

East/South metro always gets there stuff later than the west and north metro. Grinds my gears

 

Has Otra Vez hit the TC at all yet? I have not seen it around.

 

Are they massively gouging on it? I quit going there in part because I hate the city of Columbia heights, and in larger part because I saw them selling BCBS bottles for $15 a couple years ago.

 

They were a limited brewery only release, I don't think any hit distro.

 

I asked at TW Burnsville Monday or Tuesday of this week, and they said they'd sold their 3 cases. Haven't checked or heard from anybody else.

 

Too bad I just gave away 3 of my 4 or they would have been yours, for free. Not a fan, at all.

 

Did you like the regular buffalo sweat barrel aged?

 

Actually have a can, but haven't opened yet. Needless to say I'm less excited than I was.

 

The Distributor passed on this and chose to not bring it in...

 

G-Will in Lino Lakes has a couple cases of BBVBBS.

 

I was just there and they had 4 bottles. Several other nice things too, but nothing people have posted as looking for on here.
I saw the Fairstate RIS, but at $20, I'm not quite a buyer.

 

Agreed. Had it at FOBAB and was not a fan

 

Surdyk's has a few bottles left of Perfect Nose and a bunch of 12/29 Psue. Unfortunately no Size 11 yet.
