I grabbed X-Hops Gold from Nova today. This blows every other IPA away that is currently on the shelves in the Twin Cities. Totally worth the trip to WI.

 

When were you there and about how much was left?

 

Around noon yesterday. Several cases were left. Just call them ahead of time. 6 bottle limit.

 

Still about the same at 4:30 yesterday afternoon. Also, there's still growlers of Victory at Sea Peanut Butter that can be filled! Yeah, it's not up everyone's alley but I've been on a peanut butter kick lately.

4.5 cases left as of noon today of xhops gold at Nova. They also had about 4 cases of Pompeii 2/24 date and plenty of zeelander...didn't check the date.

 

The Zeelander that was by the counter a week or two ago was dated October.

 

I don't remember if there are usually multiple NG fruits at Nova but can anyone confirm that? Gonna head there tomorrow to hopefully get some x hops and pick up some fruits for a trade and would like to make it a one stop shop. Thanks!

 

if not, just hit Spirit Seller across the way. they are a buck or two cheaper there, i believe.

Yes. I was there Saturday night & as of then they three, Belgian Red, Raspberry Tart, & (I believe) Serendipity. As well as Apple Ale in four packs.

 

Yesterday afternoon they seemed to be running low on Rasp. Tart. There were only 2 in the cooler and 2 on the shelves and I took one.

 

Total Wine in Roseville limit one per person, $13.99 it's a lot of money, but if you have to have it.

 

19 bottles of X-hops Gold left at the nova as of 11 am. Also have apricot vista too

 

Setting up a trade for some AV and there is interest in other Star of the North bottles, I don't really follow these that much...could anyone make a recommendation for other SOTN bottles that are on shelves and where I might grab them?

 

Dawn of Aurora, Cypress Blanc and especially Apparent Horizon should be relatively easy to find. You maybe able to find North Country Brunette and Black Forest Cherry with a little looking. I haven't see Framboise du Nord lately, but it may be tucked away some where out there. I think Star of the North will be near impossibly to find at this point.

You will have a better chance with the far out burbs or even further out than that for some of the older releases.

 

I think I saw Black Forest Cherry lingering around MGM Chan about two weeks ago.

 

North Country Brunette is at MGM Calhoun last I was there.
